Last night was the 3-way battle for the finals in Improv Shmimprov’s March Madness and it was a doozy! Enrique and I had a really strong show and we were able to walk away feeling good about how we did – even if we didn’t take the overall win. also, our video played without incident last night! for those of you weren’t able to attend here it is for your viewing pleasure:

Last night Team Half-Ass pulled a win in the annual Improv Shmimprov March Madness competition! Enrique Munoz and I are the only returning team and we utilized that continuity to great effect in our intro video, but for some reason the video didn’t work at the show. Yeah, no idea why.

Lego is in it’s prime right now. As a guy who spent many years building and playing with them it’s exciting to see that the sets have only gotten better! In addition to the bricks themselves there are the videos games and cartoons that are bringing Lego magic to all who play or watch them. Here’s another bit of that magic. There is a new set of Star Wars Lego coming out called Star Wars Microfighters and today’s video is the new commercial for them:

As the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary buzz starts to wind down and the dust begins to settle from all the awesome that got put out, today’s Fun Video Friday focuses on a little bit of fun from the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davidson. He wrote and directed this short film about the classic Doctors trying to get involved in the 50th Anniversary episode.
